Duplicate Slip

At times we are in a difficult situation when some members for reasons of their own do not produce / place the membership card for purpose of identification of the member and verification of signatures. To resolve this issue on permanent basis we have introduced an authentication slip in duplicate which a member will be requested to sign and retain the original with him to be sent alongwith his cheque at the time of payment of his dues. We have taken this measure to avoid a number of complaints by members who disowned the signature appearing on the bill. We are sanguine that the complaints will almost be brought to a zero level with this new step.
